Our framework
Where AI fits — and how we use it
Before any tool goes near your business, we ask two questions.
First, which work is even worth handing over? We test every task against four signals — Dirty, Dull, Dangerous, Difficult. Score high on any one and it's a candidate for AI; low on all four and it stays with a human.
Then, for the work that qualifies, we follow Anthropic's AI Fluency framework — also four Ds — to do it properly. Delegation is the first of them, which is exactly the call you've just seen us make. Description, Discernment and Diligence carry it the rest of the way.

About
I'm Jeremy Williams. I started Recovered Time after six months of training with Anthropic's official AI Academy — and ten years of helping small organisations get unstuck.
Based in Versailles, France, I work with small and medium businesses across Europe who don't have an IT department, don't want one, and need someone practical to help them deploy AI without the jargon.

How We Work
Every engagement is built on Claude for Small Business, Anthropic's platform launched in May 2026. It connects to the tools you already use — QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack — and runs workflows that approve customer-facing actions through your team, never around them.
What I Promise
Five commitments, written into every contract:1. Approval gates stay on. Nothing reaches your customers without a human approving it.
2. No mass deletion. Workflows never permanently delete records.
3. AI use is disclosed. Your team is trained to be honest if a customer asks.
4. Data minimisation. We connect only what's needed — never "in case."
5. You own everything. If we part ways, you get a full handover. No lock-in.
